Villa Mirta is available only for minimum one week

The price includes: check in/check out costs, water, gas,sheets bath towels and final cleaning.

Electricity will be charged depending on consumption. the 1st and the last day of your stay will be checked the contator (0.5 euro per Kw/h)

For booking Villa Mirta you should pay 300 euro like advance fee and the rest one week before your stay. If you cancel the reservation you loose the advance fee

 There is a 300 euros deposit upon arrival and will be returned if no damage is caused

Check in after 16:00- check out before 11:00
